New Sage Customer and Partner Portals Available for Sage Abra, Sage FAS and Sage TimeSheet!

If you are a Sage Abra, Sage FAS or Sage TimeSheet customer please click here to be re-directed to the new Sage Customer Portal, which also includes Knowledgebase, Online Case Submission (formerly E-mail Support) and Chat Assistance. (Note: Sage Active Planner and Analytics customers, please see next section below for your product to logon to Support Online). Instructions for logging onto the portal for the first time will be provided on the Home page. If you are an existing customer, you may have already received a communication from Sage regarding the debut of a brand new Self Service Portal for both our customers and partners, along with logon details containing your new User ID and temporary password.

If you are a Sage Partner (Certified Consultant, Reseller or Sage Accountants' Network (SAN) member), please click here to be re-directed to the new Sage Partner Portal. Log-on instructions and credentials have been emailed to the primary contact associated with your organization, which have been given administrative rights to set up and configure additional users on the Partner Portal. If you have not received your log-on credentials, please consult with the primary contact in your organization or call Sage at one of the numbers provided below.

Sage Abra, Sage FAS or Sage TimeSheet customers with a warranty or support plan can log onto the Sage Customer Portal to take advantage of the Advanced Features. Unless you log on, your Advanced Features will not be available to you. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions featured on the Sage Customer Portal for further assistance for logging on to your account.
