    SupportPlus members automatically receive the latest versions of Sage software, complete with all the important tax law changes.

    Members also receive the software enhancements that make it even easier and faster to use the software. All enhancements are based on actual client requests and the latest technological advances.


  4. 24-Hour Access to SupportPlus Online
    SupportPlus Online is an invaluable online resource available exclusively for SupportPlus members. Search Solution Center, the same online knowledge used by our support reps, instantly download the latest product updates or visit the Technical Library to find out more about your software. You can also get the latest information on the newest products, training workshops, and more!

  5. Quick Convenient Electronic Services
    With SupportPlus, you can send technical questions and backup documentation to the Customer Support Center via fax or email. Or, access Sage's toll-free voice mail service. A Customer Support Representative will respond with the information you need.

    With some products you will receive a newsletter covering the very latest trends and issues, plus helpful, proven tips on getting the most from Sage applications.
