Andrew Griffith qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand and subsequently worked at Reuters and Rebus (HR Software) in financial roles. He was heavily involved in Rebus's public to private transaction in 1999. Andrew joined Sage in 2000, initially as Group Financial Controller, and then as Director of Treasury and M&A. He has been responsible for the Group's funding and acquisition activity at a time when Sage has expanded significantly by acquisition, both into new geographies and new software market segments.
