Karl Grass - Senior Vice President and General Manager, Employer Solutions, ISSD Division
In his role as vice president and general manager of Sage Abra and Sage Payroll Services,
Mr. Grass is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations and
associated P&L management functions for all Abra and Payroll Services offerings. He is also responsible for
identifying opportunities where these solutions can add additional value to our customers of the offerings of
other Sage U.S. operations.
Prior to joining Sage Software, Mr. Grass was vice president and general manager of Intuit Professional Tax Group in Dallas, Texas. Before Intuit, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP where he served as the general manager of the Andersen Technology Enterprises in Sarasota, Florida.
Mr. Grass is a graduate of Duke University. He was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today in 2004.
